• During: Document stated learnings
and intent/plans to use information or
learnings.
• Post-activity: Conduct follow-up
approximately six months following
major events, using calls and/or short
online surveys to track progress on
plans.
Track and report progress on ALP indicators
(refer to revised PMP), which focus on better
monitoring and assessing progress towards
strengthening the network, diversifying
funding support, and impacts.
Track and report information to the LEDS GP
using its quarterly reporting templates to help
track global impact.
Develop and implement M&E systems and
procedures for CEGIN, per its work plan

ALP In-Person Events: Coordinate logistical and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of
offerings to ALP members and target audiences while maintaining high quality and consistency under
the ALP brand. LEAD has developed a process to be taken in preparing for ALP events (see Annex:
Illustrative Event Preparation Process) and will follow the process, as applicable.
Asia LEDS Forum 2016
(Note: Begin preparations in FY 2015, to
identify country government host and dates;
form an organizing committee, responsible for
design of event themes, format, content; and
secure in-kind or financial contributions.)
