Preschool camp (for ages 3-5) runs in the morning & school age camp runs in the afternoon. Glasgow Acting Academy is a Scottish registered charity and one of Glasgow’s fastest growing stage schools. At Glasgow Acting Academy our aim is to teach, develop & nurture the key skills, qualities and talents required for individuals to succeed in becoming successful actors and performers. We create a fun and safe, family-like environment where students aged between 4-18 can learn new skills, make new friends and apply all they learn to their everyday lives. We offer all our new students a four week free trial. We think it is very important that our new students have the chance to experience life here at GAA. Adult classes are also available. Holiday fun at Scottish Youth Theatre As the school holiday’s loom, it is always a challenge to think of new and beneficial ways to keep the kids entertained and engaged. Scottish Youth Theatre are offering Easter and Summer Courses for ages 8+ to have fun as they take part in a whole range of theatrical activities including stage make-up, music making, creating characters and story and also performing. For working parents, they also offer an Out of Hours club in the summer where you can drop off and pick up children from creative activity before and /or after the course If you have younger children, then why not enroll them into SYT’s weekly dance and drama classes which are for ages 3+. Parents have reported an improvement in social skills, language and confidence so the children’s development is benefitting whilst they are having fun!
