Beer Menu Layout Draft Beer Our locations have as many as 50 draft beers. Many of them of them can be served in two different sizes, regular and tall. When a guest orders a draft beer you must ask them “would you like a tall?” A regular sized draft is 14 oz. and a tall draft is 20 oz. Some of our draft beers will be served in 10 oz. or 13 oz. glasses. These beers have a higher ABV and/or a higher price point so the smaller sized glass is necessary. These beers are only served in the one size. Note: ABV stands for Alcohol By Volume and refers to the amount of alcohol in the beer. All of our beers have their ABV printed on the menu. Tavern Draft Beer Menu Categories Year Round Drafts These beers are a staple on the menu and do not typically change from season to season. They are a core line up made up of some of our favorite beers of a large variety of styles. Rotating Drafts Many of these beers will change with the seasons. We rotate our beers menu in the Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter and look for interesting beer from both near and far that we think our guests will enjoy. The Rotating Drafts sections is broken down into categories to help guide the guest to something they might enjoy. Some examples are: • Seasonal • Wheat • Lighter Side • IPA/Pales • Darker SIde • High Octane
Beer of the Week All locations have one beer line that will change weekly. The line offers our guests the opportunity to try some new and exciting beers each week! Your manager should keep you informed of which beer is being feature, but it is your responsibility to always knows whats on tap each shift Beer Flights In many locations we have two different beer flights each menu. Each flight allows our guests to sample 4 different 5 oz. pours that we choose Note: We do not allow guests to create their own beer flights.
