Shared purpose, values, and goals can significantly contribute to a<br />
person’s feel<strong>in</strong>g of belong<strong>in</strong>g. People feel a sense of belong<strong>in</strong>g when<br />
<strong>the</strong>y believe <strong>the</strong> work <strong>the</strong>y do is significant. Hav<strong>in</strong>g a vision and goals<br />
for your organization is <strong>the</strong> first step. Communicat<strong>in</strong>g your vision <strong>in</strong> a<br />
way that motivates people is <strong>the</strong> next.<br />
It’s important to rem<strong>in</strong>d ourselves that our vision isn’t just a nice<br />
statement to hang on <strong>the</strong> wall. You could focus on:<br />
