Says You Don’t Need To
Be In Pain!

No one wants to be in pain,
but so many people are living
with constant and daily pain.
The most common sources of
pain are back, pinched nerve,
or headaches. All three are
very treatable and with some
attention from us and some
new daily routines, you can be
on your way to living a painfree
life.

While every person is different, there are a
few things you can do now to help lessen
the pain you’re in.

✓Sleep Well
We want you to be getting seven hours of sleep
a night. Not only is sleep vital for recharging and
recovering from the day but sleep is also vital to
help heal sore muscles and joints.

✓Get Some Exercise
Think of going to an aquafit class, doing some lane
swimming, getting out for a walk around the block or
incorporating some light stretches into your routine.
These exercises can help improve your strength and
flexibility, alleviating the stress and pressure on your
neck and back.

✓ Sit and Stand Tall
Many of us inadvertently place extra strain and
pressure on our back or neck due to poor posture.
Think about standing and sitting tall. When you’re
walking or sitting, focus on contracting your core
muscles and trying not to slouch.
