a chair or when walk<strong>in</strong>g around. This is<br />

completely normal. It’s really not easy to<br />

always ma<strong>in</strong>ta<strong>in</strong> perfectly straight good<br />

posture, but with some tips and advice<br />

you’ll learn how easy and vital it is to stand<br />

and sit tall.

When you’re sitt<strong>in</strong>g at work, make sure your legs<br />

are bent at 90 degrees, your feet are firmly<br />

planted on the floor and that your back is well<br />

supported. Be aware of sitt<strong>in</strong>g fully <strong>in</strong> your chair<br />

so that you bum is touch<strong>in</strong>g the back of the<br />

chair.<br />

Don’t forget your head and neck. So many of us<br />

po<strong>in</strong>t our ch<strong>in</strong>s forward which causes us to add a<br />

lean <strong>in</strong>to our necks. This is particularly common<br />

for anyone who works on a computer. Th<strong>in</strong>k<br />
