MESSAGE FROM CEO<br />

Dear All,<br />

Happy New Year to you all!<br />

2016 has been an excellent year for <strong>Eltizam</strong> Group and our subsidiary companies. We have increased revenues by over<br />

50%, we commenced operations in Dubai and created the largest privately owned community management company in<br />

the UAE. We have also secured various FM contracts outside of our shareholders estate, mobilized 5 new towers in City<br />

of Lights on Reem Island and now have a healthy portfolio of clients for our entities to target new and organic business<br />

growth. Coupled with this has been the opening of both Three60 Leisure and Three60 Energy as legal entities and very<br />

shortly Remax 360 will be a separate legal entity as well.<br />

To continue to grow our business will always be a key goal for us but just as important is to maintain the highest levels<br />

of service to our existing clients and customers. 2017 will be about continued growth, Middle P & L Management, our<br />

development as an organization in the UAE and wider afield and about our standards of service. We must not forget that<br />

customer service is at the base of everything we do and everything we stand for. We embarked on this journey to create<br />

a company that was capable of managing multiple clients across multiple assets whilst achieving a standard of<br />

professionalism and service that would be our unique selling point and that most, if not all, stand alone FM or real estate<br />

companies could not match.<br />

Our model is now achieving the kind of market and customer perception that we first envisaged. New clients are joining<br />

us every week and now the retention of those clients and customers is very important to our future. I believe in every<br />

person who works for <strong>Eltizam</strong> and our entities. I believe that our future is strong, our management team is ambitious and<br />

our employee base is professional and very well trained.<br />

<strong>Eltizam</strong> Group is committed to the future growth of each one of our subsidiary companies and our employees, we will<br />

shortly be moving into new offices in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi demonstrating this commitment to our employees and<br />

CITYSCAPE<br />

GLOBAL 2016<br />

<strong>Eltizam</strong> Asset Management Group successfully<br />

participated in CityScape Global 2016 which was<br />

held from 6th – 8th September 2016 at Dubai<br />

World Trade Centre (DWTC).<br />

This yearly exhibition is a key event during which<br />

real estate professionals gather to share thoughts<br />

and ideas and to drive the growth in the real estate<br />

market around the world.<br />

By this participation, we were able to meet our<br />

objectives which were:<br />

Reaffirming our presence as a competitive<br />

player in the real estate market.<br />

Supporting the brand awareness and<br />

selling the services of all <strong>Eltizam</strong> entities.<br />

Networking and establishing business<br />

relations to generate leads during and<br />

With the guidance and support from the Group’s top<br />

management, the “<strong>Eltizam</strong> Group Leadership<br />

Workshop 2016” was held successfully for its second<br />

year on the 13th December 2016 in the presence of over<br />

60 of our exceptional leaders in the Group.<br />

During the event, there were presentations from our<br />

senior management highlighting the strategies,<br />

leadership values and traits that we expect from our<br />

leaders. In addition, the main highlights and major<br />

achievements of the year 2016 were presented as well<br />

as setting the goals and objectives for 2017.<br />

CELEBRATION<br />

On the 29th November 2016, we were very happy to<br />

participate in a great display of national spirit<br />

during the UAE 45th National Day Celebration.<br />

Thousands of residents were brought together as<br />

they took to the Sea Walk Area in Marina Square,<br />

Reem Island to enjoy the event.<br />

In co-sponsorship with Tamouh, Abu Dhabi National<br />

Takaful, Reportage Real Estate, and Three60 Leisure,<br />

the event showcased an array of traditional and<br />

cultural activities in tribute to the Union. Members of<br />

Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care and<br />

Special Needs were also invited to join the festivities.<br />

The day-long celebration was filled with lively<br />

performances by musicians, drummers and ayalla<br />

dancers, as guests were invited to immerse<br />

themselves in Emirati culture and traditions; a falconer<br />

and camel were also on site for guests to grab the<br />

perfect photo opportunity.<br />

This successful event was organized by Three60<br />

Leisure, a premier provider of innovative community<br />

lifestyle management solutions.

TRAINING PROGRAM<br />

As part of our aim to support the continuous<br />

improvement of our employees, the HR & Admin<br />

Department has conducted during the year 2016 a<br />

number of effective training programs that covered<br />

many of our departments’ requirements. The total<br />

number of employees that attended training was<br />

350+ and there will be plans in 2017 to continue<br />

providing more training programs to our employees<br />

in the different organizational levels.<br />

MESSAGE FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER (THREE60 COMPANIES)<br />

Dear All,<br />

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy New Year, which brings health, happiness and success in 2017.<br />

Reflecting on 2016, it was a busy year with exciting growth and change as we watched the Three60 group of companies<br />

mature on all fronts. There were certainly a few challenges along the way but the successes far outweighed the obstacles and<br />

we made an impact, that was noticed. People now know who Three60 is and know we are here to stay.<br />

Building on the previous years’ successes, 2017 will be an exciting year for us as we progress with our plan to be recognised<br />

as the Number 1. Community Management company in the region. This year will be focussed on Customer Happiness<br />

(satisfaction), expanding our service offering and making sure all the Group Companies are well stablished in Dubai in addition<br />

to other parts of the UAE.<br />

The 2017 key areas of focus will be, Innovation, Communication, Commerciality (Cash) and honing our Service(s) to be<br />

industry leading.<br />

In the coming months, we will be moving to new premises for both Dubai and Abu Dhabi operations. Dubai Head <strong>Quarter</strong>s will<br />

deliver a vibrant productive atmosphere and is in a prominent Sheikh Zayed Road location, whilst the City of Lights will see a<br />

centralised Three60 office that will house the Community Team, Leisure and Energy within the upcoming master community.<br />

2017 will further see REMAX, Leisure and Energy branches officially activated into Dubai and the UAE.<br />

In line with the customer happiness focus, we will be rolling out the Happy, Lean, Safe & Green Initiative. This exciting initiative<br />

will encompass IT innovations we have been working on which will include web based interactivity and e-services, a<br />

centralised single finance platform and more proficient support services delivering cost reductions. An effective<br />

communication plan will make sure we are more interactive and responsive to our customers and see a greater presence in the<br />

market through professional white paper releases and regular market condition reporting; supported by public appearances<br />

to discuss our respective market expertise. A greater focus on emergency response and fire safety along with activating<br />

energy savings across the portfolio will be being delivered. REMAX and Leisure have a large part to play in the 2017 success<br />

of the initiative with strategic approach to delivering services across the portfolio whereby there is a clear benefit to our<br />

customer both financially and professionally through revenue generating practices and leading service offerings.<br />

I invite you to share in both my commitment and excitement, as we move into the coming years’ objectives and confident with<br />

the exceptional people we have within our organisation we will not only achieve our targets, but exceed expectations making<br />

Three60 Leisure Updates<br />

2016 WORLD RAFTING<br />

CHAMPIONSHIP<br />

Three60 Leisure was very proud to co-organize the<br />

2016 World Rafting Championship at Wadi Adventure –<br />

Al Ain.<br />

The first UAE outing of WRC ran from November 1st to<br />

November 5th 2016 under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh<br />

Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu<br />

Dhabi Sports Council. A total of 85 teams from 28<br />

countries competed in the Sprint, Head-to-Head, Slalom<br />

and Downriver disciplines of the R4 (four-man) -class<br />

tournament. Brazil and Great Britain emerged as the<br />

overall winners, while the UAE National Rafting Team<br />

delighted local spectators with its tournament debut.<br />

This international event was another success added to<br />

the portfolio of Three60 Leisure in managing high end<br />

sports events.<br />

Residents at the Marina Square Community have<br />

enjoyed the Christmas and the New Year Event<br />

which was held on the 23rd December 2016. The<br />

event was filled with live entertainment where<br />

many residents shared their talents on stage.<br />

There were also the Christmas market, face<br />

painting, giveaways and others.<br />

DIABETES AWARENESS<br />

CAMPAIGN<br />

As our aim is to promote a healthier lifestyle in the<br />

community, Three60 Leisure has arranged another<br />

health awareness event in coordination with Al Noor<br />

Hospitals Group. Various free check-ups were<br />

conducted for our residents in this event including<br />

blood sugar test, blood pressure test, BMI test, free<br />

consultations and several free giveaways<br />

Well, I am aiming for a bigger growth of the<br />

organization. I will also be giving a great deal of<br />

attention to operational excellence to raise higher<br />

the level of our services. Another aspect is the<br />

operation’s efficiency and hopefully other areas will<br />

be also focused on our journey to always<br />

being Exceptional!<br />

How would you describe your management style?<br />

opinion this is the best way to ensure that the<br />

Can you share with us a brief description of your<br />

career history.<br />

I started my career as a Planning Engineer in Dubai<br />

Ports Authority for almost 7 years and after that I<br />

joined Idama Facilities Management in 2005 as<br />

Technical Manager. That’s where I moved into<br />

different roles within the organization and gained<br />

various experiences.<br />

In my next role, I was responsible for managing<br />

Ejadah (Abu Dhabi branch) for a year.<br />

Can you tell us what your impression of Tafawuq<br />

was before you joined?<br />

In fact, I did not know much information about<br />

Tafawuq, however, after joining have realized and<br />

observed the exponential growth that the<br />

organization is going through from looking at<br />

where it started and where it is heading all well as<br />

all the achievements that happened so far.<br />

What made you decide to join Tafawuq?<br />

I was amazed with the ambitious business plan of<br />

<strong>Eltizam</strong> & the exponential growth which brings in<br />

new interesting challenges. That was what made<br />

me decide without hesitation to join and make even<br />

a better difference.<br />

How will you implement change?<br />

6 I will be implementing the changes by setting clear<br />

objectives as well as establishing effective processes.<br />

Communication is also an important key to success<br />

and finally I believe that team work makes the<br />

impossible possible.<br />

What do you hope to achieve in this new role?<br />

to be the leading Facility Management Company in<br />

TAFAWUQ’S<br />

EXPANSION<br />

TO DUBAI<br />

Tafawuq Facility Management is pleased to announce that they have<br />

begun their operations in Dubai.<br />

This has been part of the strategy together with the move of Three60<br />

Communities entering Dubai’s Market. Tafawuq has successfully<br />

mobilized three different contracts running the breadth of Dubai<br />

geographically. Tafawuq FM has also bid for over 20 different<br />

opportunities within Dubai many of which are in the final negotiation<br />

stage so we look forward to Dubai becoming another major hub<br />

within UAE.<br />

MOBILIZING PALACE<br />

IN DUBAI AND AL AIN<br />

During <strong>4th</strong> <strong>Quarter</strong> of 2016, Tafawuq Facilities<br />

Management has expanded their scope with the<br />

UAE Government by mobilizing confidential sites in<br />

Al Ain, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.<br />

This is further reassurance of the reputation that<br />

Tafawuq has gained in the market that we are being<br />

entrusted with such sensitive high profile projects.<br />

IN- HOUSE<br />

CLEANING SERVICES<br />

As part of Tafawuq’s strategy to provide the majority of<br />

services in-house in order to have more control of the<br />

service quality as well as the cost base of our operational<br />

delivery, Tafawuq successfully brought the cleaning<br />

services in-house during November 2016. This was a huge<br />

exercise undertaken by the HR Department, the<br />

Procurement Department and the operational team with<br />

Mr. Tony Daley leading the project and we are pleased to<br />

announce that over 100 cleaners have joined the company.<br />

No-one wants to have an accident but unfortunately they do occur, usually as part of a failure in the system, human behavior<br />

or negligence. The HSE work hard to identify hazards and risks and ensure that you have all the information, equipment and<br />

training necessary to minimize the chance of you or others having an accident. However, despite this we had 6 lost time<br />

accidents in both 2015 and 2016. We collate a lot of data throughout the year and create many comparison graphs. One of<br />

these is the Cummulative Severity Rate. This CSR is calculated using the total amount of man days lost due to accidents for<br />

the year and the total amount of man hours worked during the year. As can be seen from the graph the accidents in 2015 were<br />

of a more serious nature and resulted in longer time off work for the injured parties. In 2016 the accidents that occurred were<br />

significantly less severe which shows that although we had the same amount of accidents they were of a more minor nature.<br />

During 2017 we will continue to promote the need to reduce the amount of accidents that occur, look for how you can be hurt<br />

but ultimately it is up to every member of staff to ensure that you work safely, sensibly and give consideration to how you, or<br />

others could be hurt.<br />
