elaboration, represents the First Plénitude of Dom Pérignon,<br />
characterised by perfect balance and precise harmony. It<br />
is beautifully balanced, rich, voluptuous and creamy and<br />
shows off fabulous intensity in a style that brings together<br />
the ripeness of 2002 with the greater sense of vitality and<br />
freshness that is such a signature of the 2004.<br />
On the nose, a floral, fruity pastel tone unfolds and quickly<br />
darkens into candied fruit, ripe hay and toasted notes, along<br />
with hints of liquorice.<br />

redcurrant, wild strawberries, complemented by<br />
warm notes of ripe hay, blood orange and cocoa.<br />
