IC-A6 COM
Simple one-handed operation is the most essential feature of the IC-A6 Com radio. The well labeled, large keypad provides user friendly operation.
The large display shows both letters and numbers and is easy to see, making for fast frequency recognition. The display is backlit, and so is the
keypad. The light stays on until you turn it off – a very handy feature for flying at night. “Flip-flop” channel recall The IC-A6 stores the last 10
channels used, and you can easily recall those channels by pushing the “flip-flop” recall buttons on the front panel. It is convenient for switching
between several COM channels. The IC-A6 is compact at only 5.07” tall and weighs just 12 oz. The water resistant construction provides reliable
operation in wet conditions. An external DC power jack allows for battery charging when using the AC wall charger, and the optional CP-20
cigarette lighter cable provides for battery charging and operation from an external 14/28V DC source. The IC-A6 comes with rechargeable NiMH
battery, 115v AC wall charger, headset adapter for standard GA headset plugs, flex antenna, belt clip, wrist strip, and manual.
Key Features: • 200 memory channels (20 Ch × 10 banks) with 6 character names

• Dedicated 121.5MHz emergency key

• Side tone function allows you to hear your own voice via an external aviation headset.

• Tag scanning and memory bank scanning
IC-A24 NAV/COM
The IC-A24 is the same radio as the IC-A6, but adds VOR navigation functions to its capabilities. The DVOR mode shows the radial to or from a
VOR station and the CDI mode shows the course deviation to/from a VOR station. You can also input your intended radial to/from the VOR station
and show the course deviation on the display, and the duplex operation allows you to call a COM channel, while you are using VOR nav function.
The large display shows both letters and numbers and is easy to see, making for fast frequency recognition. The display is backlit, as well as the
keypad. The water resistant construction provides reliable operation in wet conditions. As with the IC-A6, the IC-A24 features dedicated 121.5MHz
emergency key, side tone function allowing you to hear your own voice via an external aviation headset (headset adapter included with unit), NOAA
weather channels, tag scanning and memory bank scanning, ANL (Auto Noise Limiter) for noise reduction, and low battery alert. The IC-A24
comes with rechargeable NiMH battery, 115v AC wall charger, headset adapter for standard GA headset plugs, flex antenna, carry case, belt clip,
wrist strip, and manual.
Key Features: • 200 memory channels (20 Ch × 10 banks) with 6 character names

• Dedicated 121.5MHz emergency key

• Side tone function allows you to hear your own voice via an external aviation headset.
P/N IC-A24 NM+ Handheld Nav/Com Transceiver w/2 NiMH Battery Packs $389
IC-A14 COM
The IC-A14 is the ideal flight companion for the student pilot and is also the ideal handheld radio for ground operations use. Because air band radios
are usually operated in high-noise environments, it is essential for the radio to provide loud and clear audio. The IC-A14 employs a BTL amplifier that
doubles the audio output, offering loud and clear audio that will cut through cabin or tarmac noise. The IC-A14 full keypad type allows you to input
the channel or frequency directly and has an exclusive button for the 121.5MHz emergency channel, and receives NOAA WX channels when selected.
A total of 200 memory channels can be named with an 8-character channel name for easy recognition. The IC-A14 series is compact (only 4.72”tall)
and light weight (approx. 12 ounces including antenna and BP-232N). The water resistant construction provides reliable operation in wet conditions.
With the 2000mAh large capacity Lithium-Ion battery pack, the IC-A14 provides stable output power and 18 hours long (approx.) operating time.
Key Features: • 5W typ. (PEP), 1.5W (CW) output power

• Side tone function allows you to hear your own voice via a third party aviation headset

• LCD backlight for night time operation

• Low battery indication and beep alert

• Adjustable microphone gain setting
