CONCLUSION<br />

For the reasons set forth herein, plaintiff ______________County<br />

requests that the Court grant its motion for summary judgment<br />

requiring the Forest Service to enter into the coordination<br />

process fully as expressed in the National Forest Management<br />

Act, the Federal Land Policy Management Act and the 1982<br />

Planning Rules issued by the Secretary of Agriculture (optional<br />

request: requests that the Court enter a declaratory judgment<br />

declaring that the statutory and regulatory requirements of<br />

coordination as outlined by the County in its complaint and<br />

affidavits are in fact a correct statement of the law binding on<br />

the Forest Service defendant).<br />
