Not every modification is a <strong>special</strong> <strong>design</strong>.<br />

Simple and uncomplicated – We can modify the shaft and flange, bearings and the electric<br />

connections. We are also able to meet <strong>special</strong> requirements, such as a hollow shaft, <strong>special</strong><br />

With the <strong>special</strong>ly developed maxmot software, <strong>motor</strong> data<br />

can be simulated in advance. For each <strong>motor</strong>, you receive all<br />

nominal data for your <strong>special</strong> application, with tolerance information<br />

and load values.<br />

Load data<br />

This data sheet is created individually on request. The load<br />

data is based on continuous use.<br />

Prototyping.<br />

At <strong>maxon</strong>’s in-house Prototyping department, it is possible to<br />

immediately test and improve new solutions in real-life field<br />

tests. The produced samples can thus be implemented in<br />

prototypes of the final application at an early stage.<br />

and a continuous improvement process. Quality is tradition at <strong>maxon</strong>: The company<br />

received ISO 9001 certification in Switzerland as early as 1988.<br />

The quality management system of <strong>maxon</strong> <strong>motor</strong> is an integral part of the overall management<br />

system. The operational and organizational structures, the powers and responsibilities,<br />

as well as the process and procedure assessments are documented for all employees. The<br />

quality management system is enacted, maintained and periodically verified. Since September<br />

18, 1991, Bureau Veritas is responsible for the verification.<br />

SN EN ISO 9001:2008<br />

SN EN ISO 9001 specifies the requirements to a quality management system (process<br />

approach) that an organization has to meet in order to provide products and services that<br />

meet the customer expectations as well as comply with the applicable regulatory requirements.<br />
