Thanks to an appropriate design, the RailLokô<br />
Trench Infill allows for other interesting features:<br />
� Rust can be limited by:<br />
o preventing water discharge being clogged by<br />
dirt<br />
o allowing continuous ventilation<br />
� Inspection & maintenance are facilitated by:<br />
o protecting the fastening system and the<br />
painting system against shock and damage<br />
o removing and reinstalling quickly and easily the<br />
covers where necessary<br />
Crane tracks are mostly in trenches who are at<br />
risk for pedestrians and for vehicle wheels<br />
The NEW RailLokô Trench Infill developed by<br />
<strong>Gantrex</strong> is based on a resilient material made of<br />
selected recycled rubber bonded with polyurethane<br />
Main features:<br />

The RailLokô Trench Infill is specifically designed to fill crane runway trenches:<br />
- complete filling protects pedestrians<br />
- the choice of resilient material allows the traffic of vehicles<br />
- easily manipulated elements allow quick permanent access to the trench<br />

One-component infill resting directly on the<br />
bottom of the trench and on the foot of the<br />
rail<br />
Two-component infill made of<br />
� a base glued on the bottom of the<br />
trench, ensuring wheel load transfer to<br />
the foundation<br />
� a cover resting on the base and on the<br />
foot of the rail<br />
No sealing or gluing required Intermittent sealing to fix the cover required<br />
The RailLokô Trench Infill is made of 750 mm long components; the glue and sealing material is also<br />
delivered in case of high duty design<br />

One-component Trench Infill<br />
is simply placed in the<br />
trench.<br />
Two-component Trench Infill<br />
requires to glue first the base<br />
between the clips and to<br />
place then the cover. The<br />
cover is secured by<br />
intermittent sealing joints.<br />
