types of contribution
Your contribution can take the form of:
• a full presentation:
If your paper is accepted you will be allowed to speak 30 minutes
and you will have another 10 minutes to respond to questions and
comments from the audience.
• a poster presentation:
The posters will be on view for discussion in the exhibition area.
submission of abstracts
If you want to present a contribution your submission must include:
• Title of the paper and/or poster and 3-4 bullet points
• an abstract summarizing your paper in less than 400 words but
including sufficient detail to permit a reasonable evaluation
• Information about you: name, title(s), company address, department,
affiliation, email, telephone and fax number
• How you would like to present your paper upon acceptance (full or
poster presentation)
• In which topic area your presentation should be listed
Please note that abstracts and final papers will be only accepted if they are
uploaded to the conference’s website: http://www.cowec.de
all submissions must be Portable Document Format (PDF) or Word (DOC)
files.
Your abstract must be received by October 2, 2012. Your proposal will be
reviewed by the Conference board.
Please note that the number of co-authors named in the printed
programme is limited to two.

The conference will last two days, comprising keynote addresses and
presentations in a series of plenary and parallel sessions. The official
language of the conference will be english. No simultaneous translation
will be provided. The conference programme and registration form will be
available in March 2013.
