The Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad 

is pleased to present you with the 2007 Membership 

Card, to welcome you into our worldwide membership 

network of 23.000 businessmen and entrepreneurs. 

Thanks to special agreements with various organisations, 

our card holders are entitled to discounted rates for 

a range of products and services in 46 countries. 

The 2007 Membership Card is valid until 2010! In fact, 

until the date of expiry, the card will not be replaced, 

and each year you will receive instead a validation 

stamp as recognition of your loyalty to the 

Chamber of Commerce of which you are a Member. 

Please, sign in as soon as possible in the section 

myMembershipCard: 

• The new database, “Pla.Net”, contains a special section 

with information about the various facilities 

related to the use of the card,: new offers, new 

agreements and special promotions on existing services; 

• Card holders can also avail of privileged access to 

the information stored in Pla.Net. 

By entering the code indicated in the fourth line of your 

Membership Card in the password text box of the 

Pla.Net access page, you can register to the 

myMembershipCard section with many additional 

advantages.

MyMembershipCard: how to sign in 

1. Enter the web page http://www.assocamerestero.it/members-eng then click on: 

“If you are not registered click here” 

2. Another page will be opened for entering personal data necessary for the registration process.

3. Insert a valid e-mail address and the numerical code indicated in the last line of your Card. Make sure 

to insert the first part of the code in the first section, the “Membership card number” text box, and the 

last 4 digits in the second section. 

4. The system will then ask you to add a question and answer which could be used in order to receive your 

card number in case you forget it. After reading the privacy conditions, please accept and send the data 

you just entered. The system will ask you to confirm your data to finish the sign in procedure. 

5. Now it is possible to activate your profile. A registration code will be sent to the e-mail address you provided 

during the sign in process. You can use it to continue in the myMembershipCard section or the first 

time you log-in. After entering the code, you will be asked to fill in a brief form with information about 

your company. Your subscription is finished and it is now possible to access all the information and services 

available to you. 

From now on you will be able to access the Membership Card Service by inserting your e-mail and card number 

in the log in section reserved for associates of Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad. You can find the web 

page at: http://www.assocamerestero.it/members-eng.

myMembershipCard: services 

Once logged-in in the myMembershipCard section, you will have access to many services dedicated to 

CCIE associates. 

The system is able to recognize the Chamber of which you are a Member and it will offer you a direct email 

contact to it. 

Thanks to the “Commercial Services” search engine, you will be able to search for your required information 

by using various search keys: kind of services, country or cities. 

A list of travel agencies, car rentals, business centers, hotels, restaurants, exhibitions, consultant companies 

and many other services will be displayed, offering discounted rates within the CCIE network and to 

its members.

This search will allow you to display a list containing each commercial activity in detail, all information 

on services offered and special terms, and contact information. 

Registration with the on-line service has the advantage of searching for up-dated information whenever 

you need it through a flexible and efficient search process. 

On top of that, you can also download and print for free the 48 country profiles containing useful information 

about the markets in which the CCIE operate.
