MEN’S HEALTH AND FITNESS FAIR Participation in the Men’s Health and Fitness Fair, presents an excellent opportunity for your health or fitness focused organization or brand, to interface with men who work in an industry that presents unique health concerns. Hermann Hall Auditorium Please join us as a Sponsor!! There are varying levels available that are summarized below. Please note that the venue does not permit hanging of any signage. All signage provided by sponsors must be erected on the floor. PRESENTNG SPONSOR—$15,000 This opportunity offers a complete collection of promotional tools that connect directly with men targeted by the HEALTH FAIR before and during. Benefits: Acknowledged as the HEALTH FAIR Presenting Sponsor on all marketing materials, social media, website and advertising. Logo included on conference website and HEALTH FAIR page with a link to your site. Name announced during the HEALTH FAIR and other conference announcement periods. Four exhibitor tables and twelve chairs in the HEALTH FAIR. Solo logo on signage leading into the HEALTH FAIR. Logo included in promotional video included on the conference web site and other promotions. Logo on conference signage and Step and Repeat sign. Full page ad in Building Entrepreneur Magazine’s Winter Issue distributed to conference attendees and distributed on-line. BONUS Sponsors are being presented a unique opportunity to utilize the Hermann Hall Auditorium to host demonstrations, product releases, updates or education sessions to outside parties. This presentation time is not designed for Sponsors to engage with Health Fair attendees but rather with your customers, clients, prospects, etc. Your team handles all invites and on-site registration. It’s your time, your space and you use it as you desire. The auditorium has an 800 seating capacity, stage and sound system. NOTE, no food is allowed in auditorium. If there is interest in food, please discuss with the coordinator. 1 Hour Presentation Cost: $3,500 Hours Available: 10am-2pm (If another 4 time is preferred, let us know).
