MATH
The math department is an essential
part of NJIT. As we all know, every
student who majors in engineering must
know their math.
To build a solid foundation for many
engineering courses that involve advanced
math, the math department offers courses
in calculus, differential equations,
statistics, and many other areas of
advanced math. Our understanding of
engineering is based on our understanding
of math, and thanks to our math
department, we are prepared to
understand engineering through the use of
math.
