FISH MARINATED<br />

INGREDIENTS:<br />

• 200 gr of butter<br />

• 2 cups brown sugar<br />

• 2 1/2 cups flour<br />

• 1 teaspoon of<br />

vanilla<br />

• 6 eggs<br />

• 6 chocolate bars<br />

black<br />

• 1 pinch of salt<br />

• 2 teaspoons baking<br />

powder<br />

• 1/2 cup milk<br />

• 1 pinch of cinnamon<br />

• Macerated fruit<br />

STEPS:<br />

‣ First place the fish in a bowl<br />

and bathe with the seasoning<br />

juice, English sauce and lemon<br />

juice. Mix well and marinate<br />

for 20 minutes.<br />

‣ Then heat the oil in a pan on<br />

medium heat.<br />

‣ Next drain the pieces of fish.<br />

‣ After that beat in the flour,<br />

pass through the egg and cover<br />

with the bread crumbs.<br />

‣ Finally fry the breaded fish<br />

pieces in the hot oil, until<br />

they have evenly browned.
