MINIATUREWORLD80 Come 2010, the museum will commemorate the 65th anniversary of the end of World War II with a thematic exhibition. The exhibition will showcase a collection of stamps, letters, postcards, postal notices, and other philatelic materials from Singapore Philatelic Museum and from private collectors. The ideology and propaganda campaigns of the Japanese invaders, life of the people in Singapore during the Occupation, and memories of the pain and sufferings are told through the collection on display. A 7% GST is payable on all postal stationery and philatelic products such as presentation packs, miniature sheets and annual collections purchased in Singapore. Overseas customers who place mail orders with the Singapore Philatelic Bureau need not pay GST. All orders are accepted subject to availability of stocks. Where orders cannot be met, refunds will be made less the appropriate commission charge. Stamps are supplied in mint or cancelled-to-order (CTO) condition, if requested. The normal Singapore Philatelic Bureau metal circular datestamp will be used on the CTO stamps. All mail orders for philatelic products (excluding Annual Collections and Premium Gifts) are subject to a handling charge as follows: Destination Singapore Brunei Darussalam/Malaysia Overseas Please add S$2.24 if you require registration service within Singapore or add $2.20 for Brunei Darussalam/ Malaysia/Overseas. Customers who also order Annual collections need not pay the registration fee. The Singapore Philatelic Bureau will absorb all GST payable for the registration fee and handling charge. Customers who order Annual Collections and Premium Gifts are required to pay an additional handling charge as follows: Destination Singapore Brunei Darussalam/Malaysia Overseas (by airmail) All orders will be sent by registered post. Remittance for orders should include the handling charge and registration fee in addition to the value of the items ordered. Insufficient payment will be met by a reduction in the value of stamps sent. Each order should be accompanied by a remittance which may be in the form of credit card, postal order, money order, cheque or bank draft made out in Singapore currency. Remittance must be payable to “Singapore Post Limited” and crossed “A/C Payee” only. Do not send cash by post. Credit card payment is only available to mail order customers ie customers who place orders by post. The stock list is subject to change without prior notice. Please allow about three weeks for supply of your order. 11. All claims for undelivered orders must be make within 2 months from date of issue. 12.
