Drama-rama & Swim (5-10 years)
Write, direct, act in, film and edit your own
improv skits and even experience Shakespeare.
Build confidence by performing for peers and
an audience. Includes a film screening (with
popcorn) on the last day as well as lifeguardsupervised
swims in the WPGA pool, so bring your
bathing suit, towel and goggles.
Beaching, Beading & Bending (6-11 years)
Do you love to bead? Do you like yoga? How
about doing both at the BEACH!? Create art and
jewellery using all types of beautiful beads and
then get bendy in yoga class. No experience
necessary.
Mega Fun (6-12 years)
The annual favourite returns! Lazer tag, bowling,
waterpark adventures, mini-golf… this is the
ultimate high-energy, off-campus adventure
camp. Participants will be transported to the
various activities and venues in our musical WPGA
school buses.
Golf at the Musqueam Golf and
Learning Academy (8-14 years)
Develop fundamental golf skills (putting,
chipping, full swing), learn golf etiquette and
rules, and practise physical activities that improve
agility, balance and coordination. Classes include
greenside bunkers and pitching (weather
permitting) and are taught by PGA of Canada golf
professionals. Participants will be transported to
the Musqueam Golf and Learning Academy in
WPGA school buses.
Tennis - Junior Aces (8-14 years)
Summer Smash Tennis serves up the fun!
Develop and improve your tennis skills through
high energy, game-based lessons that use
the progressive tennis model. This program
emphasizes building a strong technical
foundation as well as strategy and point play.
Beginner and intermediate levels welcome.
Video Game Creator (8-13 years)
Combine graphic design and technology to
create your own gaming universe. Identify your
gaming style and then write code to make your
ideas come to life. Projects will be individualized
and participants will work together to test and
refine their gaming skills.
