Client Servicing Department:<br />
Account Management:<br />
• The link between the client and the entire agency.<br />
• Makes sure all departments are on track according to the client needs.<br />
• Leads agency presentations and ensures that the ideas presented remain faithful to the brief and are kept within the<br />
time frame and budget.<br />
• Manages, monitors, reviews and delivers advertisement projects.<br />
• Sends weekly reports of Progress/Status Report.<br />
• Sends daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly media reports (If contracted).<br />
• Liaises with production team on all client production needs which are not limited to TVC production, Radio Production,<br />
Showroom Branding, Shop sign boards, Events management, Printing, Promotional materials, Gift Items, etc.<br />

Account planner strategist/strategic planner:<br />
Strategic planners represent the consumer in the agency. They’re responsible for developing the key strategic insight, which<br />
lies behind the advertising idea. They work closely with the client to research the market and understand the consumer.<br />
Armed with this information, planners will create a strategy for the brand, which the agency’s creative team can use to produce<br />
the creative idea.<br />
• Works with clients to understand their business objectives, target markets and consumers.<br />
• Analyzes data, trends and reports relevant to the client’s business.<br />
• Commissions, conducts and analyzes qualitative (e.g. focus groups) and quantitative (e.g. surveys) research.<br />
• Briefs the creative team.<br />
• Monitors the effectiveness of the campaign.<br />
• Understands how ideas influence people.<br />
• Deeply understands human behavior, psychology, cultural and social trends.<br />

Creative & Art:<br />
After receiving all details about the client, product, target<br />
audience and the required advertising message, which shapes<br />
the advertising campaign a team of Creative, Art (designers) and<br />
copywriters:<br />
• Generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the clients<br />
brief<br />
• Produce sketches or ‹storyboards› (television) or ‹roughs› or<br />
‹scamps› (print) to communicate ideas to the client.<br />
• Commission photographers, artists or film-makers to work on<br />
projects.<br />
• Visit and assess locations for potential shoots.<br />
• Attend all meetings at production houses and with other<br />
directors.<br />
• Work in editing suites to oversee the finished<br />
product.<br />

Production:<br />
The Production Department is responsible for:<br />
• Directing all tasks and staff involved in producing print &<br />
audio visual advertising. This includes overseeing the print<br />
production aspects of various media, including digital advertising,<br />
promotions, displays, exhibits, TV commercial & Radio<br />
commercial.<br />
• Commissioning competitive prices from third party suppliers<br />
directly to the client.<br />
• Sourcing outside vendors and suppliers such as: printing<br />
companies, display producers, photographers, etc<br />
• Supervising and attending events, trade shows, demonstrations<br />
and exhibitions making sure all the client needs are<br />
entertained and well taken care off.<br />
• Informing art director of any techniques that may pose<br />
production problems and offer solutions, alternatives<br />
or cautions.<br />
