Day 1: Perth – Geraldton (418 km)<br />

Geraldton is a water sports playground <strong>of</strong> 122 coral-fringed islands.<br />

Day 2: Geraldton – Carnarvon (477km)<br />

Visit a banana plantation, view the blowholes from May to Oct and<br />

sample the freshest seafood in WA.<br />

Day 3-4: Carnarvon – Exmouth (364km)<br />

Continue to Exmouth, the gateway to Ningaloo Marine Park. Swim with<br />

a Whale Shark (Mar-Jul), view limestone ranges and spectacular gorges.<br />

Watch the sunset from Vlamingh Head Lighthouse.<br />

Day 5-6: Exmouth – Coral Bay (151km)<br />

Coral Bay is a snorkellers’ paradise with calm, protected waters and<br />

hundreds <strong>of</strong> fish and coral species just metres from the shore. Swim,<br />

snorkel or try some beach fishing, and take a 4WD along the coast.<br />

Day 7-8: Coral Bay – Shark Bay (565km)<br />

Along the Shark Bay World Heritage Drive, visit the stromatolites <strong>of</strong><br />

Hamelin Pool and see the oldest living marine fossils on earth. Meet the<br />

famous Monkey Mia dolphins.<br />

Day 9-10: Shark Bay – Kalbarri (386km)<br />

Explore the Murchison River gorges <strong>of</strong> Kalbarri National Park, join a<br />

fishing tour, river cruise or take in the sights <strong>of</strong> this unique coastline.<br />

Day 11: Kalbarri – Perth (571km)<br />

Enjoy stunning views <strong>of</strong> coastal gorges and the pink lake south <strong>of</strong><br />

Kalbarri.<br />
