Mocoa, es un municipio colombiano, el cual funge como capital del departamento del Putumayo, en el
suroccidente de Colombia, siendo el segundo municipio de mayor población en el departamento, su economía
está basada en la agricultura y las actividades
comerciales. La ciudad también es punto de
referencia social para los colonos que se acercan a
las tierras departamentales, atraídos por las explotaciones
petrolíferas.
Mocoa, is a Colombian municipality, which funge
as the capital of the department of the Putumayo,
in the suroccidente of Colombia, being the second
municipality of major population in the department,
his economy is based on the agriculture
and the commercial activities. The city also is a
point of social reference to the colonists who approach
the departmental lands, attracted by the
