IFU: Hypertension
Action: By inhibiting the enzymes, the ACE inhibitor relaxes the muscles around the small
arteries.
Dosage: 2.5mg twice a day or 5 mg per day. A patient who becomes hypotensive may have the
dose of 1.25mg twice daily.
Route: Oral
Adverse Reaction: Coughing, tired feeling, headache, spinning sensation, and nausea.
Interactions: Angioedema, hemodialysis, hyperkalemia, and renal dysfunction.
Augmentin ​(Amoxicillin/clavulanate)

IFU: Bacterial Infection
Action: Amoxicillin fight bacteria through the body.
Dosage: Adult dose is 500mg tablets every 12 hours, 250 mg tablet every 8 hours, 875 mg tablet
every 12 hours, and 500 mg tablet every 8 hours.
Route: Oral
Adverse Reaction: Fever, confusion, weakness, bruising, and bleeding.
Interactions: Albuterol, amlodipine, amoxicillin, doxycycline, and lisinopril.

Action: It is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections (such as middle ear, urine,
respiratory, and intestinal infections). It is also used to prevent and treat a certain type of
pneumonia
Dosage: 400 mg-80 mg ; 800 mg-160 mg ; 200 mg-40 mg/5 mL ; 80 mg-16 mg/mL

Adverse Reaction: Skin rash, joint pain, trouble breathing, and fever.

Bactroban​ (Mupirocin)

Action: Bactroban (mupirocin) is an antibiotic that prevents bacteria from growing on your skin.
Dosages: Apply a small amount of BACTROBAN ointment, with a cotton swab or gauze pad, to
the affected area 3 times daily for up to 10 days.
