Dosage: One white, light blue, or blue tablet (active) taken at the same time each day for 21

Action: ​It works by stopping a woman's egg from fully developing each month. The egg can no
longer accept a sperm and fertilization is prevented.

Action: It works by stopping a woman's egg from fully developing each month. The egg can no
longer accept a sperm and fertilization is prevented.
Adverse Reaction: ​nausea (especially when you first start taking TriNessa), vomiting, headache,
stomach cramping, bloating, dizziness, vaginal itching or ​discharge​, breast tenderness or
swelling, ​nipple discharge​, ​freckles​ or darkening of facial skin, increased hair growth, loss of
scalp hair, changes in weight or appetite, problems with contact lenses, depression, or decreased
sex drive.
Interactions: ​aromatase inhibitors,ospemifene, ​tamoxifen​, ​tizanidine​, tranexamic acid, a certain
combination product used to treat chronic hepatitis C
