Pre-Arrangements<br />
• For customized items, <str<strong>on</strong>g>Riedel</str<strong>on</strong>g> would ask that customers be amenable<br />
to accepting an over or under producti<strong>on</strong> of 10 %.<br />
• Before order can be c<strong>on</strong>firmed we need to get the logo from the customer in<br />
order to enable us to check whether it is feasible from a technical point of view.<br />
• The line width must at least 2 mm at all parts of the logo.<br />
• Pre-payment applies.<br />
Sampling<br />
• Even if <strong>on</strong>ly <strong>on</strong>e single sample is required we need a high quality stamp<br />
as per attached picture, therefore we have to charge E 500,-- for the sample.<br />
• Sample has to be approved by the customer.<br />
Basic parameters for orders<br />
• Minimum order quantity: 50 pcs<br />
Offer valid for alterati<strong>on</strong> of logo etc. within the elliptical-shaped dent,<br />
variati<strong>on</strong>s of shape of dent have to be quoted separately.<br />
