Pastor/Director Appreciation Month provides an opportunity to take action and keep our<br />
pastors & directors from becoming the ones who have been called an “endangered species.”<br />
Our pastors/directors are ordinary human beings, with limited energy, time & strength.<br />
Discouragement can come when pastors/directors face unrealistic expectations or verbal<br />
discouragement from the very people they are serving. When pastors & directors are<br />
appreciated and encouraged, the church grows strong and as a result makes an impact<br />
within their community.<br />
Pastor appreciation Month gives each one of us an opportunity to take action to show our<br />
pastors & directors our appreciation and love.<br />
