WHAT IS THE SRES DESIGNATION?<br />
A Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), is a Realtor who has gone<br />
through specialized training and has been certified by the National<br />
Association of Realtors (NAR) to address the unique needs of our<br />
senior citizens and counsel them through major financial and lifestyle<br />
transitions.<br />
A SRES designee along with the special training received, continues to<br />
receive regular updates and<br />
continued training in this field through the NAR.<br />
Both Andrea and I have completed this course and have earned the<br />
SRES designation and we continue to receive updated training as it<br />
becomes available.<br />
