Kris Smoll has been the director of Discovery<br />
Land children’s ministries at Appleton Alliance<br />
Church since 1993. This large Wisconsin church<br />
has committed to reaching its community as<br />
well as changing the world, and the leaders and<br />
kids see their ministry as an integral part of the<br />
