Kajmak, old Skorup (from sheep and cow milk)<br />
Beside cheese, in these areas, out of dairy products,<br />
the most used are: Kajmak (traditional cream<br />
cheese) or old skorup (from sheep and cow milk).<br />
Especially tasty, but also expensive and less<br />
common is sheep skorup-cream kept in mjeshina.<br />
Skorup kept in mjeshina is called the old cheese,<br />
and saljevak is a young skorup-cream collected<br />
from kalica-special dishes for milk.<br />
