• Large support infrastructure<br />
• Every process in place and developed<br />
You cannot try and implement everything that is not there<br />
<strong>Big</strong> <strong>Pharma</strong> processes in a <strong>small</strong> <strong>Biotech</strong> can paralyze the<br />
business<br />
And the following generally apply<br />
• You are suddenly in a much <strong>small</strong>er organization<br />
• You wonder if you have job security<br />
• The teams are <strong>small</strong>er<br />
• You may be working on only one product or part of one<br />
• There is limited support infrastructure<br />
• Not every process is in place or developed <strong>to</strong> the same extent<br />

All these can suddenly become positives and you may really be<br />
in an entrepreneurial setting<br />
Transition means change<br />
