Remove velcro strap and
open the zipper on front
wheel.
Lace the velcro flap on to
loop on front fender and
secure.
Loosen hem adjusting cord
at bottom center on bike
cover.
Now the front tire is free to
move.
Do the same routine for the
rear wheel.

Open the zipper around
handlebar and attach soft
tie.
Can be loaded with bike
cover on.
Tie down the bike and closed
upper zippers.
Close zippers and fasten
velcro straps.
Used belt loops to prevent
wind flap during transport.
