The mission of the ESCE Economic and Social <strong>Research</strong> Center, Eisenstadt, <strong>Austria</strong> and Cologne, Germany is<br />
to generate novel insights with regard to economic phenomena and social processes. The Center engages in<br />
advanced analytical research and draws upon its continuously expanding portfolio of state-of-the-art research<br />
methods. ESCE explores regional dynamics, public administration reform, development economics and its<br />
