TIPS FOR CHOOSING A WEDDING DATE ....................................................................... Choosing your wedding date is one of the most important aspects of the entire ceremony. It has a great influence on how your wedding day will turn out. 1 How long do you need to prepare for the wedding? It usually takes at least 6 months to adequately prepare for a wedding, unless you are aiming for a simple wedding.
