Wedding Menu<br />
To give you complete freedom of choice, we have listed below<br />
various Starters, Intermediate Courses, Main Courses and Desserts for<br />
you to design your own special Wedding Menu.<br />
Please make up your 3 or 4 course Menu by selecting 1 dish<br />
from each category.<br />
Starters<br />
Caramelized onion and thyme tartlet with goat’s cheese and roasted<br />
pine nuts. V<br />
Pear and gorgonzola salad with walnuts. Finished with honey<br />
vinaigrette and a sesame tuille. V<br />
Tempura of linefish served with fresh mixed herbs, cherry tomatoes<br />
and finished with a spiced lemon dressing.<br />
Black peppered seared beef salad with rocket, parmesan and a truffle<br />

Oven roasted linefish served with parsley pomme puree, roasted<br />
cherry tomatoes and seasonal vegetables. Finished with a white wine<br />
and lemon veloute.<br />
Crisp chicken roulade and roasted garlic risotto served with seasonal<br />
vegetables and carrot chips. Finished with a spiced peanut sauce.<br />
Beef fillet served with pommes Anna, roasted spiced butternut<br />
compote and finished with a green peppercorn jus.<br />
Slow roasted lamb shoulder served with pomme puree, crushed<br />
