HONK HONK AWARD:
Jeff Ingle
Late Friday afternoon on March 24 I
received a phone call. Unfortunately due
to a poor cell connection I did not get the
caller’s name. He did say he worked for
Carolina Cat and had been in charge of a
large fleet of service trucks at one point in
his career.
He went on to say he wanted to call in
on one of our service trucks. He stated
this was not your usual call in. He said
I would like to compliment you on one
of your service trucks. He said, “We are
driving through Mooresville in bumper
to bumper traffic. I noticed one of your
trucks. It is very neat & clean the driver
is being very polite & courteous to the
other drivers around him allowing them
to merge over in his lane or pull out if
needed. I just wanted to let you know.”
Kudos to Jeff Ingle who was driving in after
a day in the field.

New HR Generalist
I know that all will want to extend a hearty WBI welcome
to Karen Gill, Human Resource Generalist. She
joined our team December 27, 2016.
Karen has worked in Human Resources, with a focus
on Employee Benefits, for 30 years. Her previous
employers ranged in size from a 15-employee family-owned
company, to a small town in north Texas,
to a publicly traded company with more than 4,000
employees. She received her Senior Professional in
Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2010.
She and her husband Mike enjoy the quiet country
life, along with their rescue dogs (Tonka & Kenzie)
and horses (Delta & Dynamite). When not at the
barn or working on the property, Karen enjoys curling
up on the couch with dogs and enjoying a good
book and an ice-cold Diet Coke!
