Presenting <strong>VAM</strong> <strong>Drilling</strong>’s New Sales Structure<br />
<strong>VAM</strong> <strong>Drilling</strong> is happy to announce the creation of its new clientfocused<br />
high performance sales and marketing organization<br />
that will support value creation for our clients and partners. This<br />
new organization will lead to the following improvements:<br />
• A simple and direct approach: Our sales and technical support<br />
teams will support clients on a local basis with their orders and<br />
with all product information needed. Our specialized teams will<br />
be situated in key markets throughout the world including North<br />
America, South America, Europe, Russia, Asia, China and the<br />
Middle East.<br />
• “Thinking global”: We have refined and improved the process<br />
through which we support global and national accounts. A dedicated<br />
team of key account professionals is being deployed to<br />
support international companies.<br />
• After sales service: We are continuing our strong focus on services<br />
and the development of an industry-leading service organization<br />
with a leadership team created to enhance client support,<br />
repair & inspection networks, tubular management training, etc…<br />
• Products which create value: Our sales & marketing<br />
organization will be supported by industry<br />
experts, including product, application and technical<br />
support. We have enhanced our focus on<br />
product management to accelerate the development<br />
of new products and services focusing<br />
on client value creation. Business development<br />
teams of highly-experienced, proven product and<br />
application experts will support our customers and<br />
push the industry forward.<br />
Celebrating our Successes<br />
<strong>VAM</strong> <strong>Drilling</strong> recently celebrated<br />
the 1 year anniversary of its<br />
Protools acquisition<br />
Februray 9 th was the official first anniversary of the<br />
Protools acquisition. Thanks to its dedicated team,<br />
this has been an amazing first year filled with accomplishments<br />
including full integration into the <strong>VAM</strong> <strong>Drilling</strong><br />
Company and the Vallourec Group.<br />
With this excellent foundation <strong>VAM</strong> <strong>Drilling</strong> Protools<br />
is continuing to develop into a complete solution provider.<br />

equipped with the premium connection <strong>VAM</strong> Express (VX) in<br />
February 2011. GULF ENERGY LLC chose to partner with<br />
<strong>VAM</strong> <strong>Drilling</strong> and purchase VX in anticipation of higher torque<br />
and performance needed for local projects.<br />
GULF ENERGY has also been licensed as a repair shop for<br />
<strong>VAM</strong> <strong>Drilling</strong> premium connections: <strong>VAM</strong> Express, <strong>VAM</strong> EIS ®<br />
and <strong>VAM</strong> CDS .<br />
