I work with FSBO'S, Expired Listings, and have ALL TYPES of Buyers, including the following,

now. They want to down size and are looking for a small home in the
central part of Templeton fairly close to the park so that they can walk to
church and town. They aren't in a hurry, so if you have tenants living in
