It is important to have your courses/workshops evaluated and have a CEU amount assigned before you submit your documents to the OCB for review. The final item to submit is the fee of $150.00. It is strongly recommended to send the fee in with the renewal form, cheques submitted to the office with no form attached, are not accepted and returned back to the name or community on the cheque.
