After pursuing prestigious pastry studies in France, Yuri arrived in Los Angeles in 2006 to work for corporations as an<br />
executive baker and Pastry Chef. It helped him being featured in the Los Angeles Times for the now famous Pretzel<br />
Challah. Yuri then decided to use his expertise in to bring the great taste of French food to Southern California. After<br />
successfully launching Crepes of Paris in Los Angeles. He opened his restaurant in the heart of Wilshire Blvd. The<br />
restaurant has been sold to concentrate on the development of his catering service. Breakfast of Paris was born in<br />
2010 while adding omelet station and brunch buffet to crepe stations.<br />
2015 HAS SEEN TWO MAJOR MILESTONES IN OUR DEVELOPMENT:<br />
An expansion of our catering services to the city or San Diego and surroundings.<br />
