A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
In 2012 I ran the London Marathon to raise money
for the amazing charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf people.
Two aspects of my training were unexpected. Firstly
discovering the impact that nutrition had on my training,
which led me to study nutrition and sports nutrition.
Secondly how much running I could do with my dog Pepper.
As Pepper was training with me I thought I should look
into her nutrition too. I was shocked to find out that
most pet food brands are owned by confectionery
companies, who pack their foods full of junk.
I knew Pepper needed better than this. I couldn’t find
any brands who were truly embracing the same power
of positive nutrition that I was benefitting from in what I
ate. I worked with top canine nutritionists and after a
lot of research launched the Pooch & Mutt food range to
help dogs benefit from the power of good nutrition. The
foods (and all our products) not only cut out junk, they are
also packed with health-giving, positive, active nutrients so
your dog can get the best out of life too.
