Dual pivot pec/reverse fly arms and a mid pulley, lat<br />
pulldown and low row bars for a range of abdominal, arm,<br />
shoulder back and chest exercises. Adjustable seat allows<br />
for shoulder, flat and five incline presses.<br />

allow for a nearly unlimited variety of upper body and core<br />
