Welcome to The Auxiliary at <strong>Geisinger</strong> Medical Center’s <strong>2011</strong><br />
Lighting Up Tomorrow Gala. We are so pleased to be spending this<br />
special evening together.<br />
We would like to extend a special “thank you” to our sponsors for their<br />
generous support of tonight’s event. Your generosity benefits <strong>Geisinger</strong><br />
Medical Center and the following important projects, as well as other<br />
worthy initiatives sponsored by The Auxiliary at <strong>Geisinger</strong> Medical<br />

• Mission Cataract – A program that provides needed cataract surgery<br />
at no cost to eligible patients.<br />
• No One Dies Alone – A program providing compassionate<br />
companions for patients who have no family or friends by their side<br />
at the end of life.<br />
• The Child Advocacy Center – A division of the Janet Weis<br />
Children’s Hospital, the Child Advocacy Center was created to help<br />
reduce the number of interviews being conducted during child abuse<br />
investigations.<br />
