This three foot tall perennial<br />

(evergreen shrub in hardy zones) bears<br />

many tubular, blue or purple, Petunialike<br />

flowers on dark stems over a long<br />

period. May self-seed aggressively.<br />

Very showy when in full bloom.<br />

Masses of tiny white flowers bloom<br />

in late spring to early summer above<br />

needle-like, dark green leaves. This<br />

mat forming perennial grows 2 to<br />

4 inches tall. Great part shade to<br />

sun-loving plant for rock gardens and<br />

borders.<br />

groundcover in a bright, chartreuse<br />

green. The very narrow, needle like<br />

A low maintenance Mealycup Sage<br />

selection with mounds of bushy, dark<br />

green foliage. This tender perennial<br />

has spikes of lilac flowers all summer<br />

until first hard frost. Heat and drought<br />

tolerant, it will reach 16 to 20 inches<br />

tall and 14 to 24 inches wide. A 2006<br />

All-America Selections winner.<br />

Produces a profusion of large, showy<br />

spikes of purple-blue all summer into<br />

fall. Average height is 12 inches tall<br />

and wide. Useful for splashes of color<br />

in beds, borders or patio planters.<br />

A mid-summer bloomer boasting<br />

intense, dark blue flowers with almost<br />

black sepals. Foliage is fuzzy and<br />

slightly toothed. Can grow to 5 to 6<br />

feet tall and half as wide. Perfect for<br />

mass plantings and containers.<br />
