Ordering Procedures<br />
FOLLOW THESE 3 EASY STEPS<br />
1 . Begin by reviewing the product listing of plant material we grow for you.<br />
They begin on page 7 of this catalog and each listing shows the sizes that are grown at each of our three nurseries.<br />
The USDA Hardiness Zone for each variety is listed and the referenced map is on the inside back cover for<br />
your convenience.<br />
2 . Please observe these minimums when ordering:<br />
• #1’s – minimum of 10 per variety<br />
• #2’s, #3’s, #5’s, #7’s, #10’s, & #15’s – minimum of 5 per variety<br />
• 4" pots – multiples of 18 when ordered from Texas, 20 when ordered from NC<br />
• Quarts – multiples of 12, (12 per flat)<br />
• Our minimum requirement for delivery from any of our three nursery locations is $1,600.00. If you pick<br />
up your order, the minimum is $400.00.<br />
3 . Call your territory representative and place your order.<br />
The territory representative for your area is listed on page 250 & 251 of the catalog. You may also call our<br />
customer service/sales staff at the nursery; they will gladly assist you in placing your order.<br />
Our normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time in Oklahoma and Texas, and Eastern<br />
Standard Time in North Carolina, Monday through Friday. However, you may place your order any time by fax or<br />
send your order by mail or email. After our customer service/sales staff processes your order, they will mail<br />
and/or email you a confirmation. Please provide us your complete mailing address and your phone number. If<br />
your “ship to” is different, indicate that also. Please provide complete delivery instruction and date wanted.<br />
Ordering via the Website<br />
Orders placed using the tools provided on our website are reviewed by customer service representatives, who<br />
will quickly be in contact to provide assistance with order completion and confirmation. Please contact a<br />
customer service representative or territory representative if you have questions or need assistance. Available<br />
quantities and other product information are updated on our website daily and any orders placed online are<br />
reviewed once they are received to compare against current quantities and crop conditions.<br />
Prices referenced on the website are list price and do not reflect any special pricing that <strong>Greenleaf</strong> may have<br />
quoted for particular customers. Actual prices, including special quotes and possible discounts, and shipping<br />
costs will be included once the order is reviewed by customer service representatives and can be confirmed<br />
on the final order confirmation. Any possible tax amount will be calculated, if no Tax Exempt ID is provided.<br />
An email summarizing your initial requests will automatically be sent to you upon submission of your online<br />
order. This list will be forwarded on to the sales department where your product is grown. The list will then be<br />
reviewed by a customer service representative who will contact you to assist with any other details that may<br />
be needed. After completion of this review, the order will then be confirmed to you, including actual pricing,<br />
terms, ship date and shipping location.<br />
