Establish your freight rates quickly with our handy price list.
In the back of the catalog is each nursery location’s current price list. Contact your sales representative or
customer service to assist in determining your shipping costs per container, from all three of our growing
locations.
The following services are included in your shipping charges.
• Scheduling of trucks
• Selection of plants
• Assembling of your order
• Proper loading and handling of your order
• On time delivery to your place of business
• All this for a minimum order of $1,600.00 plus freight
Drive-In Pick Up Procedures
Information for Customers who pick up their orders.
It is our desire to provide our drive-in customers with the best and quickest service possible. To do this, we ask
that you follow these easy guidelines:
1. We ask that you order a minimum of $400.00.
2. Call to place your order at least one day prior to pickup. Please give your estimated arrival time.
3. Please call us to confirm your arrival time. (If we know you are coming, we can hold crews.) Should you need
to make changes or additions, let us know about this also. Waiting until after you arrive to do so will slow order
processing and extend your wait.
4. Upon arrival, come directly to the office. A member of our customer service/sales staff will make every effort
to see that you receive the best possible service. Be sure to bring tarpaulins or suitable coverings to protect
the plants on your return trip. Remember, a short trip without proper protection will dry out and kill nursery
stock.
5. If your order is for a full trailer load and you want to arrange your own trucking, please call our customer
service/traffic department in advance of the day you intend to pick up your order.
