A collection of three cattle and grain producing properties within a 90-mile<br />

radius of each other are being offered together. Combined between these three<br />

properties are over 50 water wells, approximately 28,164 acres, 39 working<br />

pivots and grazing land and feed lots. They border the Five State Region and<br />

contained within this area are parts of Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma and New<br />

Mexico. The four legs of economic production in the Five State Region include<br />

alfalfa/grain production, livestock production, and oil and natural gas production,<br />

and use of biomass for ethanol/renewable energy production. The Five State<br />

Region is one of the largest producers of feed grains and livestock (cattle and<br />

hogs) in the United States. Crop production for a typical year can consist of<br />

167,000 acres grain sorghum, 33,400 acres of sorghum silage, 1,126,900 acres<br />

of corn, 55,300 acres of corn silage, 385,600 acres of alfalfa and 129,600 of<br />

soybeans.<br />
