Jo Grant<br />

Learning Support Co-ordinator<br />

JO Grant recently joined CICM in the Learning and Development department as<br />

the Learning Support Co-ordinator. Her role involves setting up Learner Support<br />

arrangements for learners who are studying for CICM qualifications and helping<br />

develop and co-ordinate CICM’s new online resource centre and learning environment.<br />

Jo is AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualified with an accountancy<br />

background employed both in practice and management accounts. After gaining her<br />

PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Sector) qualification and her accountancy<br />

background, Jo was contracted to teach qualification accounts for AAT and IAB<br />

(International Association of Bookkeepers). One of her main hobbies is following the<br />

BTCC (British Touring Car Championship) and attends at least four rounds around the<br />

country per season.<br />

Tracey Turville<br />

Awarding Body Co-ordinator<br />

TRACEY Turville is the Awarding Body<br />

Co-ordinator for the CICM. It is her<br />

responsibility to ensure that the CICM<br />

meets its regulatory requirements in the<br />

development, delivery and assessment of<br />

its professional qualifications.<br />

She is also responsible for ensuring<br />

that the CICM Awarding Body meets its<br />

deadlines with regard to assessment entry<br />

and the issue of results to candidates<br />

including dealing with any concerns that<br />

may arise before, during or after an assessment.<br />

Tracey has been involved in the<br />

development of online computer-based<br />

multiple-choice examinations and more<br />

recently, the development of End-Point<br />

Assessments for the Level 2 <strong>Credit</strong> Controller/Collector<br />

and Level 3 Advanced<br />

<strong>Credit</strong> Controller/Debt Collection Specialist<br />

apprenticeships.<br />

She started work with the CICM in<br />

2004 and has been married for 31 years,<br />

with two grown children and one adorable<br />

grandson. She enjoys reading and<br />

walking though not necessarily at the<br />

same time!<br />

Tanya Clegg<br />

Awarding Body Administrator<br />

TANYA worked previously in an adult private<br />

education industry for over ten years<br />

coordinating the clients requirements,<br />

preparing and delivering management<br />

training programmes.<br />

She has been working with CICM for three<br />

years in the Awarding body team, as an<br />

Administrator, helping to support candidates<br />

through the assessment process of<br />

CICM qualification, assisting them with<br />

all areas of the exams to support them to<br />

achieve their desired goals.<br />

She is a volunteer youth worker and also<br />

enjoys all aspects of gardening including<br />

her new allotment.<br />
