Jo Grant
Learning Support Co-ordinator
JO Grant recently joined CICM in the Learning and Development department as
the Learning Support Co-ordinator. Her role involves setting up Learner Support
arrangements for learners who are studying for CICM qualifications and helping
develop and co-ordinate CICM’s new online resource centre and learning environment.
Jo is AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualified with an accountancy
background employed both in practice and management accounts. After gaining her
PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Sector) qualification and her accountancy
background, Jo was contracted to teach qualification accounts for AAT and IAB
(International Association of Bookkeepers). One of her main hobbies is following the
BTCC (British Touring Car Championship) and attends at least four rounds around the
country per season.

Tracey Turville
Awarding Body Co-ordinator
TRACEY Turville is the Awarding Body
Co-ordinator for the CICM. It is her
responsibility to ensure that the CICM
meets its regulatory requirements in the
development, delivery and assessment of
its professional qualifications.
She is also responsible for ensuring
that the CICM Awarding Body meets its
deadlines with regard to assessment entry
and the issue of results to candidates
including dealing with any concerns that
may arise before, during or after an assessment.
Tracey has been involved in the
development of online computer-based
multiple-choice examinations and more
recently, the development of End-Point
Assessments for the Level 2 Credit Controller/Collector
and Level 3 Advanced
Credit Controller/Debt Collection Specialist
apprenticeships.
She started work with the CICM in
2004 and has been married for 31 years,
with two grown children and one adorable
grandson. She enjoys reading and
walking though not necessarily at the
same time!
Tanya Clegg
Awarding Body Administrator
TANYA worked previously in an adult private
education industry for over ten years
coordinating the clients requirements,
preparing and delivering management
training programmes.
She has been working with CICM for three
years in the Awarding body team, as an
Administrator, helping to support candidates
through the assessment process of
CICM qualification, assisting them with
all areas of the exams to support them to
achieve their desired goals.
She is a volunteer youth worker and also
enjoys all aspects of gardening including
her new allotment.
