If you are not a SWWA member but
plan to attend the SWWA conference
you can receive the early bird rate by
choosing to become a member when
applying online. If you are not a
current member you are not in the
current website database and by
applying online you will automatically
be added.
Please note: we are experiencing
a glitch with members having
the same email not showing up
as current members or showing
in the systems.
If your are experiencing problems
registering on-line due to this you can
email your registration to
office@swwa.ca.
If you are an admin
who is registering an
employee you can set
it up so that you are
the one who is the
main user for the
member.

Conference
Registration
Once the information is entered click register, you will then need to enter the person
who is attending the conference. The system allows you to register multiple users and
it will also offer a chance to become a member to receive the reduced conference
rate.
If you are not paying by credit card you will need to download and return the form
along with payment to the address on the form. The registration form is directly
under the REGISTER NOW button on the conference page. as shown on the next page
diagram.
You can download the form by clicking on the DOWNLOAD REGISTRATION PDF under
the Register Now. To print simply hit Control P.

NEW THIS YEAR?
Is this your first time attending the annual conference, no worries we have you
covered. Check out the First Time Conference Goer Information option. It will tell you
everything you need to know.
The conference has been confirmed as being worth 1.2 CEU’s for those who meet the
requirements:
You must have the following to earn the 1.2 CEU:
3 3 technical session stamps
3 Keynote stamp
3 3 workshop stamps
If you do not meet the requirements you are still eligible for the 0.9 CEU’s available for
the three workshops.
Don’t forget!! You need to get stamped at every session going in and out and you
need to give the corresponding ticket in your package for the session you are in. This
allows the SWWA office to replace the CEU certificates should you lose or misplace.
