Mr. Isaza Tuzman has 20 years of experience as a special situations<br />
investor, entrepreneur and turnaround executive. For over 10 years,<br />
he has been investing in residential and commercial real estate in<br />
Colombia through his investment vehicle KIT Capital. Since 1998, Mr.<br />
Isaza Tuzman has served as chairman and/or chief executive of a<br />
number of private and public companies in mediatech, services and<br />
consumer products. He has raised $750+ million in capital and has<br />
helped create over $1 billion of incremental market value through<br />
active investments and operational turnarounds. Mr. Isaza Tuzman has<br />
served as a U.S. Trade Representative under both Presidents William<br />
J. Clinton and George W. Bush, as well as a member of the Council on<br />
Foreign Relations. He holds an A.B. magna cum laude and a master’s<br />
certificate from Harvard University. He also studied at El Colegio de<br />

In his role as COO, Rosario oversees internal<br />
operations, helps guide overall strategy, and leads<br />
the firm’s North American business. Rosario also<br />
runs the firm’s Financial Advisory and Restructuring<br />
Services practices. In his 12+years at KIT Capital,<br />
Rosario has led over two dozen financial advisory<br />
assignments and been instrumental in many of the<br />
firm’s direct investments in technology and mediarelated<br />
assets. He has expertise in recapitalization<br />
exercises, debt restructuring, forensic accounting,<br />
litigation management and asset recovery.<br />
Rosario acted as Corporate Development Manager<br />
for KIT portfolio company KIT digital (now called Piksel,<br />
www.piksel.com), focusing on capital restructuring<br />
and acquisition initiatives. Previously Rosario held<br />
the post of Corporate Development Manager at KIT<br />
Capital portfolio company JumpTV, where he held<br />
previous posts of General Manager of Africa and the<br />
Caribbean. Rosario has been a member of the board<br />
of directors of a number of public and privately held<br />
businesses.<br />
Rosario graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree<br />
in Finance from Rutgers University and speaks both<br />
Sicilian Italian and Spanish.<br />

As EVP and General Counsel, Amanda works on<br />
transactions across our different practice areas,<br />
including due diligence, negotiation and<br />
documentation. She is responsible for all corporate,<br />
labor and litigation-related legal matters, including<br />
managing the firm’s external legal relationships.<br />
In addition to serving as KIT’s EVP and General<br />
Counsel, Amanda is a Partner in the law firm<br />
of Pedley & Millin PLLC. She brings over twelve<br />
years of experience as general counsel, business<br />
executive, and international litigator to KIT Capital.<br />
Amanda holds a B.A. in Psychology and Japanese<br />
from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Temple<br />
University, Beasely School of Law. She is conversant<br />
in Japanese and a member of the California and<br />
District of Columbia state bars.<br />
