A very warm welcome to LCDA’s Feast of Lanterns at Sycamore Farm. We<br />
hope you have all had a safe journey and are looking forward to a brilliant<br />
weekend with us.<br />
Our DA Feast of Lanterns gives us a chance to light up our units and we<br />
would encourage everyone, big or small, to join in where possible.<br />
Our theme this year is “Inventions”. When you think of that statement<br />
what do you see? Has it been invented, is it your own invention? Think of<br />
your idea and decorate your window, your awning or your tents.<br />
No naked flames allowed. Your allocated number must be clearly visible.<br />
Register your entry on arrival when booking in or by 1pm Saturday, see<br />
Jo.<br />
We have prizes for:<br />
• Best decorated Awning<br />
• Best decorated Window<br />
• Best CCJ entry<br />
• Best CCY entry<br />
• Best Decorated Children’s Lantern<br />
Each unit will receive 2 voting slips at the start of the parade. Please follow<br />
the lantern parade around the site after 8pm Saturday and vote for your<br />
favourites. Just put the number of the unit you<br />
think should win each category. Make sure your<br />
voting slip is in the box provided in the Marquee<br />
by 9pm<br />
